Peer Reflection Reflection
Teaming up for Peer Reflection is a free professional development opportunity for all teaching staff. Through exposure to different methods of teaching and gaining feedback on their own practice, the initiative aims to improve the individuals perception of their own pedagogy. SPEED DATING WITH A COMPETITIVE GRANT SCHEME

Speed Dating Partcipants

Lee Partridge came up with this wonderful concept on how to exchange ideas and encourage collaboration within the shortest period of time. There were 8 participants and each spent 3.5 minutes talking to each other about their ideas and particular areas of interest. It was an interesting exercise and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves (and maybe even secured a date for the PROM!). SPEED DATING might be the way of future brainstorming!
